Below-Ground Waterproofing
Sub-Structure Bentonite Waterproofing System
Stormwater supplies and installs sodium bentonite waterproofing to basements, raft slabs, lift pits and retaining walls. The bentonite swells on contact with groundwater to form a low-permeability seal against the structure, including around construction joints, pile heads and minor cracks.

Ecological Drainage & Water Retention System
Modular drainage cells wrapped in geotextile form a void beneath landscaping that collects, stores and conveys water while keeping soil out — giving a drainage layer that also holds a working volume of water where landscape sits over structure.

Containment Barrier
Geosynthetic Clay Lining System
A layer of sodium bentonite held between two geotextiles and needle-punched together. Once hydrated it forms a very low permeability barrier that self-seals around small punctures, and overlaps are sealed with bentonite rather than welded — which suits large, irregular earthworks profiles.

Filtration, Separation & Reinforcement
Geotextiles
Woven and non-woven geotextiles, supplied and installed. Non-woven fabrics filter, separate and cushion — protecting a geomembrane from puncture by the material placed over it, or wrapping a subsoil drain to stop it silting up. Woven fabrics separate and reinforce, spreading load over soft ground.

Site Discharge Treatment
Silt Water Treatment System
Excavation, dewatering and wash-down all generate silty water that cannot go straight into the public drain. The system doses a flocculant, settles the suspended solids out in stages and releases the clarified water, so site discharge meets the silt and turbidity requirements set for it.
